Scholarship Opportunities for Teachers and Students
The Southwest Committee of Cecchetti Council America offers scholarships for students and teachers. Student scholarship opportunities include registration to biannual seminars, Cecchetti training with their teacher, CCA International Ballet Summer Intensive tuition, room, and board. Teacher scholarships include tuition, room, and board to the CCA Summer Teacher's School. Each scholarship offered may be full or partial, and is subject to availability of funds.
Southwest Committee Seminar Scholarships
Students who meet the eligibility requirements are automatically eligible to receive seminar and training scholarships announced at the culmination of each seminar. Requirements include registration and attendance to the full weekend seminar in which being awarded and have at minimum passed the CCA Grade I student exam. Scholarships are awarded by selection during class.
CCA International Summer School (Students)
Students who meet the eligibility requirements linked on this page are encouraged to apply. Please note that all requirements listed must be met to be eligible to receive this student scholarship.
CCA Teacher's Course
Teachers who have passed the Grade I Teacher exam and are a current member in good standing are encouraged to apply for the lower level teacher scholarship. Teachers who have passed the Elementary Teacher exam and are a current member in good standing are encouraged to apply for the upper level teacher scholarship. Both teacher levels should apply using the same application linked on this page.
